We ship to anywhere in the world.
Any items shipped to locations within the state of Nebraska are subject to sales tax.
RETURNS
We're sure that you'll love what you order from us, but in the slim chance you don't, we will accept your returns on all items (excluding shuffleboard tables) up to 30 days from our shipment date. Returned items must be received in excellent resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the returned funds.
PROCESS
Please email us at sales@summitshuffleboard.com or call 402-370-8730 to notify us of your intent to return your item and have your order number handy as we will want to make a note that we should be watching for your item in the mail. Please use the secure packaging that you had received the item in as we want to make sure that it is received just as nicely as it was received.
Once received and inspected, we will immediately refund your money back to the account from which you paid. Please note that it will take several days for each financial institution to relay the funds properly.
We reserve the right to retain certain percentages of value if the item is deemed to be not in original condition.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please notify us immediately if your item has been damaged in transit. Due to regulations from our shipping partners, you will have 48 hours from the time of receipt to notify us that we need to file a claim with the shipper. We are unfortunately unable to do anything outside of that time frame and it removes all responsibility of the manufacturer, shipper, and retailer from any claims.
SPECIAL ACCESSORY POLICIES
All in-stock, non-shuffleboard table orders are shipped generally within one day of order receipt. Orders received by 11 am CST will typically make it out in the mail that same day.
SPECIAL SHUFFLEBOARD TABLE POLICIES
All shuffleboard tables will typically ship in 3-5 weeks from ordering and should take about 1 week to arrive after ship date. We will keep you posted as your table progresses in the manufacturing and shipping process.
Due to the size and specialty of the product, we can not accept returns on shuffleboard tables. In the rare event that there should there be any damage in shipment or defect in manufacturing, we will return or replace the component to match a properly manufactured product. Due to shipping regulations, we will need for you to immediately inspect your table shipment boxes and crates (while the driver is present) and contact us if there are any problems with the delivery whatsoever. Should you accept and sign for the delivery and later find damage, we may not be able to help you out. If you find any damage, please snap some photos and call us immediately at 402-370-8730 so we can take appropriate action to make things right.
